About Me

My name is Alexander J. Fox.
I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and currently living in Austin, Texas. For the last 6 years, I have been
on a journey of personal growth, mental health, transformation, and self-love.
I traveled the world, learning how I can better assist myself and be of service to others. Through Reiki
Energy, Breathwork, Mindset Coaching, Manifestation, Sound Healing, Psychic Mediumship, and many
other modalities I have experienced a transformation, and I want to help others do the same.

In 2015, I found out that I have Crohn's disease. The diagnosis turned my world upside down. I lost
weight, my self-confidence, and my will to enjoy life. I suffered with severe anxiety and depression. I
thought there was no way out, and so I also lost hope. Nothing made me happy, not even being with the
love of my life. I destroyed that relationship in conscious and unconscious ways, and she left. This left
me ashamed, lost, unhappy, not worthy, guilty, depressed, and much more.
