My name is Alexander J. Fox.
I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and currently living in Austin, Texas.

For the last 6 years, I have been on a journey of personal growth, mental health, transformation, and self-love.
I traveled the world, learning how I can better assist myself and be of service to others. Through Reiki
Energy, Breathwork, Mindset Coaching, Manifestation, Sound Healing, Psychic Mediumship, and many
other modalities I have experienced a transformation, and I want to help others do the same.
In 2015, I found out that I have Crohn's disease. The diagnosis turned my world upside down. I lost
weight, my self-confidence, and my will to enjoy life. I suffered with severe anxiety and depression. I
thought there was no way out, and so I also lost hope. Nothing made me happy, not even being with the
love of my life. I destroyed that relationship in conscious and unconscious ways, and she left. This left
me ashamed, lost, unhappy, not worthy, guilty, depressed, and much more. 

Then, something life-changing happened. In 2018, while traveling across Europe and the US, I had a
Spiritual Remembrance. A dream I once had came true in this reality. While walking the streets in
Scotland, I saw myself walking in a place and on a path, I knew I had been on before. I started to explore
Spirituality and energy healing. This path led me to Yoga, Reiki Energy, Breathwork, Mindset Coaching,
Manifestation, Sound Healing, Psychic Mediumship, and many other modalities and mindfulness
practices—all of which I used to help myself move past many roadblocks in my own life.

Today, I feel inspired, happy, confident, proud, grateful and blessed. 

Applying what I learned to myself as well as beginning to help others along the way, I realized that I had
found purpose in my struggles. This motivated me to pursue my passion full time! 

Since fully committing to this path, I have been able to share my spiritual gifts and help others find theirs
in a variety of ways. My services have spread across 6 continents, 15 countries, 33 US states and adding up to assisting over a thousand people in 4 years! I have worked with people from all walks of life, from infancy to 80 years old! I feel so blessed to be able to help people find life again, and to strive for betterment in their life.
I started the Fox’s Wellness Den in 2022 so I could do what I love and help others find their soul path.

 

I continue to better myself by connecting with other life coaches who keep me on top of my game. I continue to learn and grow by pursuing resources in health, wellness, and consciousness.
