In a Reiki/Somatic Energy Healing session, we use our hands to create positive energies of love, peace, and activation. Like gentle waves washing over you, these energetic shifts will help you release blockages that create stress, depression, and anxiety, and that will aid in activating relaxation and presence in your nervous system.
