In this GROUP training, I’m opening up my personal 'toolkit'—sharing how I integrate multiple lineages of Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Shamanism, Alchemy Energy, and Somatics.

Breathwork will clear out so much and Reiki Energy healing will replenish and nourish you. This will help you feel more connected to your source, upgrade your Prana/Chi/Life Force/Power, feel lighter, more relaxed, calm, and ready to handle any energy in the universe, that is thrown at you.
