Remaining The Same. Ways To Get Out

We often find ourselves stuck in the same patterns, seeing the same things happen over and over. We experience familiar feelings from similar situations, trapped in time loops that we mistake for normalcy. "This is it," we think, "this is the rest of my life."

Many of us stay in these situations because we feel obligated, worried about hurting others' feelings or failing to meet their expectations or creating the expectations of others, in our own mind and they haven’t even said anything or even thought that expectations! How wild is that? The thought of ending things and causing a scene—or several—can be paralyzing.

We wrestle with the desire for change: "I want to change, but I don't know how. Can I really go through with it? What will happen? So much could explode, and I'm not sure I can handle it." As well as dealing with how others are going to react.

Deep-seated beliefs surface, bringing fear, worry, and anxiety. We struggle with expressing our true feelings, especially those of us taught to suppress them.

But here's the truth: You have an obligation to yourself to be authentically you in your truest expression. The old saying "the truth will set you free" is no lie. Stand it all the way in. No half way or doing most of that Hokey Pokey song. GO ALL IN ON YOURSELF!

Tough times create resilient people. It's through these challenges that we learn, grow, and find the courage to take inspired action.

To break free from these cycles, we must confront our wounds and allow ourselves to be vulnerable. It's only by facing our fears and embracing change that we can truly live as our authentic selves. This happens one step, one thing at a time. Look at the whole picture doesn’t do justice on account you are not able to fully see what’s ahead, yet.

Question yourself. What’s holding me back? What’s creating anxiety, fear, unworthiness stuck? Why am I feeling heavy, or unfulfilled? Play with words and see what arises. Then see a nd feel what answers come up, from within yourself.

Remember, your journey to self-discovery and authenticity may be challenging, but it's also deeply rewarding. Embrace the tough times, for they are the crucible in which your true self is forged.

There is only one you.

If you don’t do you, you won’t be done.
